Understand How Member+ Discount Works

In the following countries, the Member+ status is available:

• Poland
• Slovenia
• Slovakia
• Hungary
• Romania
• Croatia
• Czech Republic
• Greece
• Estonia
• Latvia
• Lithuania
• Bulgaria

Member+ customers collect PV from:

• Their own orders
• Orders placed by their Member+ group

Unlike an ABO, a Member+ does not generate an income from these volumes.

Instead, Member+ customers earn a Member+ Discount, which can be used to reduce the cost of future purchases.

Earn Member+ Discount

As PV accumulates from eligible orders, a Member+ earns a discount that is credited to a dedicated Member+ Discount Balance.

Key rules:

• The discount is accumulated separately from any ABO balance.
• The discount is not paid as income.
• The discount can be continuously accumulated over time.

Store Member+ Discount Without Expiration

The Member+ Discount Balance does not expire.

Member+ customers may continue to accumulate discount credits and keep them on their account until they choose to use them for future purchases.

Use Member+ Discount for Future Orders

Member+ Discount can be applied to reduce the payment amount of future orders.

Apply the 70% Usage Limit

A Member+ Discount may cover up to 70% of the order value.

The remaining at least 30% must be paid using another payment method available in the respective country.

Example:

If an order value is €100:

• Up to €70 can be paid using Member+ Discount.
• At least €30 must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Keep Member+ Discount Separate From Other Balances

Member+ Discount is subject to the following restrictions:

• It cannot be paid out in cash.
• It cannot be transferred to another Member+ account.
• It cannot be transferred to an ABO account.
• It cannot be converted into another account balance or payment type.

Retain Member+ Discount After Converting to ABO

When a Member+ converts their status to ABO, any previously accumulated Member+ Discount remains available on the account.

Continue Using the Discount

After conversion to ABO:

• The accumulated Member+ Discount can still be used as a discount on future personal orders.
• The discount remains separate from the ABO balance.

Do Not Convert or Withdraw the Discount

After conversion to ABO, the accumulated Member+ Discount:

• Cannot be transferred to the regular ABO saldo/balance.
• Cannot be paid out as income.
• Continues to be available only as a discount on eligible future orders.
