Understand Why Bonuses Are Retained

If you do not have a registered business activity in Portugal, your bonus payments will be retained in your Amway account.

To receive the retained amount, you must submit an Ato Isolado (Isolated Act) or Recibo Verde (Green Receipt).

Issue an Ato Isolado

An Ato Isolado is a document that serves as proof of services provided or sales made on a sporadic and non-recurring basis.

When issuing an Ato Isolado:

• The document must be issued electronically through the Portuguese Finance Portal.
• Only one Ato Isolado may be issued per calendar year.
• The document must be issued by the 1st Applicant.
• The exact retained bonus amount must be entered when completing the document.

Enter Amway's Information

Include the following information in the Ato Isolado:

• Name: Amway Iberia S.A.
• Foreign NIF: ESA58036500
• Importância Recebida: The retained escrow bonus value

Submit the Document to Receive Payment

To receive your retained bonus payment:

1. Complete the Ato Isolado with the required information.
2. Include the exact retained bonus amount.
3. Submit the document to Amway.

Important: To ensure the bonus is paid in the following month's payout cycle, the completed document must be submitted no later than the 25th day of the month.
