Resolve “Invalid Code” Error
During Registration
If you receive an “Invalid code” message on
https://mybodyid.novopilot.com:
- This usually means an account has already been created
- The system blocks duplicate registrations
What to do:
- Click “Anmelden” (Login)
- Enter your original login credentials
- Confirm that your account has been verified
If it’s your first registration attempt:
- Contact Customer Service for assistance
Resolve “Email Address Already in Use” Error
During Registration
If you see this error message:

Handle Sample Sent Without Registration
Issue:
Genetic sample sent to the lab before registering an account
What happens:
- The laboratory will not begin analysis
- They will wait up to 4 weeks for you to register
Important:
- If no account is created within 4 weeks, the sample will be discarded
Check Missing Test Results
Expected Timeline:
- Results are available within 10–15 working days after the sample is sent
- Account registration must be completed
If results are delayed:
- After 15 working days with no results, contact Customer Service
