Register as an ABO in the Faroe Islands

Residents of the Faroe Islands must register through the Danish Amway website:

To be recognized as a Faroe Islands resident:

• Add the letters FO before the postal code.

• Provide a valid Danish CPR number during registration.

   

Register as an ABO in Greenland

Residents of Greenland must register through the Danish Amway website:

Registration Requirements

Greenland residents are registered as Danish ABOs.

The following information is mandatory:

• A valid Danish CPR number.

• A valid address in Denmark.

   

Arrange Delivery to the Faroe Islands

To have an order shipped to a Faroese address, the correct delivery option must be selected during checkout.

Delivery Requirements

• Select “Faroer Delivery” as the delivery method.
• Orders are delivered by PostNord.

• Estimated delivery time is 12 working days.

   

Arrange Delivery to Greenland

Orders destined for Greenland require a special shipping process.

Use the Required Shipping Address

When placing the order, use the following address as the shipping address:

Complete the RAL Booking Process

After the order is placed:

1. Customer Service will contact you with:
   • Number of parcels
   • Parcel dimensions
   • Parcel weight
2. Use this information to create a booking with RAL.
3. Provide the RAL booking number to Customer Service within 3 working days.

Important

• If the RAL booking number is not provided within 3 working days, the order will be processed as a return.

   

Request a VAT Refund for Faroe Islands Orders

ABOs in the Faroe Islands are registered as Danish ABOs and therefore pay Danish VAT when purchasing products.

Customs Fees

When the shipment arrives in the Faroe Islands:

• Faroese customs charges must be paid before delivery can be completed.

Submit a VAT Refund Request

To receive a refund of the Danish VAT, send the following documents together to Amway Denmark:

• Copy of the order invoice
• Copy of the customs receipt

Request a VAT Refund for Greenland Orders

ABOs in Greenland are registered as Danish ABOs and therefore pay Danish VAT at the time of purchase.

Customs Fees

If the order is forwarded to Greenland after delivery to the Danish address:

• Greenlandic customs charges must be paid to receive the shipment.

Submit a VAT Refund Request

To receive a refund of the Danish VAT, send the following document to Amway Denmark:

• Copy of the order invoice stamped by Greenlandic customs

VAT Refund Payment Schedule

VAT refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

• Refunds are normally processed every Thursday.
• Refunds are not processed:
  • On the last day of the current month.
  • During the first four weekdays of a new month while the bonus run is in progress.

Processing Timing

• Documents received during a non-processing period will be included in the next available payment run.
• After payment is issued, it may take 0–3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
