How to Modify the Delivery Address of an Active Order

If you need to change the delivery address of an order that is already in progress, follow these steps:

  1. Check the parcel’s location using the tracking link available from your Order List. Ensure that the parcel is currently in Italy.
  2. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible to request the address change.
  3. When contacting Customer Service, provide the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • The full new delivery address.

A service agent will verify whether the change is still possible. If it is not, they will advise you on the appropriate next steps. 

It is not possible to contact the courier directly nor change the delivery address in the tracking. Contacting Contact Center is required.
