What to Do If You Did Not Receive Your Package and Were Not Contacted by the Courier
If your package has not been delivered and you were not contacted by the courier, take the following steps:

- In Croatia, the carrier makes two-three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to the sender, unless the recipient instructs the carrier to leave the parcel at the a pickup point for collection.
