Tracking Your Own Order

To track your personal order, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Amway account.

  2. Navigate to your Profile.

  3. Click on Order History.

  4. Use the available search and sorting features to locate the specific order.

  5. Click View Order Details.

  6. On the order details page, find the section labeled Track your order.

Tracking Information

If the order status is listed as in progress, a link to the carrier’s tracking page will be displayed. Click this link to access real-time shipping updates.

2. How ABOs Can View Customer Orders

This functionality is available exclusively for Amway Business Owners (ABOs).

To view your registered customers’ orders:

  1. Log into your Amway account.

  2. Click on My Office.

  3. Under the Customer section, select Customer’s Order.

This feature allows ABOs to access the order history of their registered customers.

Additional Information

  • Archived Orders: This section includes all orders placed on the previous version of the website.
