Order block issue

Your account may be blocked for ordering due several reasons. 

 

If you are a New Amway Business Owner:

Your account may be blocked for orders if you did not complete the mandatory steps within 30 days of registration.

  1. Incomplete Personal Details
    • Address, tax ID, date of birth were not provided within 30 days of registration.
    • Next Step: If you are within 30 days after registration, please provide needed details to complete you account. If you registration is over 30 days, please follow the link
  2. Contract not signed
    • The contract associated with your account has not been signed in 30 days.
    • Next Step: If you are within 30 days after registration, please accept contractual documents. If you registration is over 30 days, please follow the link

If you have been with Amway for some time:

Your account may be subject to a block for placing orders due to the following reasons:

  1. Excessive returns
    • Next Steps: Please check your email for detailed information regarding the order block and instructions on how to resolve it. If you have any questions, contact Customer Service.
  2. Non-compliance with Amway rules
    • Next Steps: Please check your email for detailed information regarding the order block and instructions on how to resolve it. If you have any questions, contact Customer Service.

Checking for an Order Block:
You can check if you have an order block by going to the 'My Office' section and navigating to the 'LOS Map'.

Click the three dots next to your name to see your account status.

Select 'Profile' to see the detailed Overview and the blocks set on your account,

Order block is show in Additional Registration Information section.
