Delivery Country/Region Policy

Can the delivery country or region be different from the purchase country or region?
No. The delivery country or region must always match the country or region in which the purchase was made.

Changing the Delivery Details

You can request a change in the course of your parcel delivery by contacting Amway Customer Service. Available changes include:

• A change to the suggested delivery date

• A change to the delivery address

Home Delivery Process

If you select home delivery, you will receive:

1. An email confirmation when your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. This will include a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

2. A text message or email from the courier, informing you of your upcoming delivery.

Delivery Fees for Recurring Orders

Delivery fees for recurring orders are calculated before any promotions or coupons are applied.

If a free delivery promotion is available at the time the order is placed, your recurring order will automatically benefit from that promotion.
