Yes, you can save individual products for further exploration and purchase. This option is available after sign on. 

To add products to your favourite, go to Products and click on the heart icon next to the product. The product is saves in your Favorites list. 

To view the list of your favorite products go to Profile and click Favorites.

Another way is to place products in your shopping cart, which will remain there until you complete the order.
