Cancel or change the order?

Aas long as you haven't placed an order, you can add and remove items from your basket.

If you have placed an order and we have confirmed the Order Number, you have the option to cancel it online for a short period of time.

You can only proceed with cancellation if the order status is 'Order placed'. 




To cancel your order:

  1. Sign in to the website.
  2. Go to your Profile and select  the 'Order history'
  3. Open the specific order you wish to cancel.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "CANCEL" option.

If the "CANCEL" button is unavailable, it indicates that we have already initiated the order preparation process.


If online cancellation is not possible:

  • Contact the carrier and request to send back the parcel or choose not to collect it.
  • Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated. You will receive your refund after we complete the return process.
