1. Editing Your Basket (Before Placing an Order)
- You can freely add or remove items from your shopping basket as long as the order has not been placed.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified. You will need to cancel the order and place a new one if changes are required.
2. Cancelling an Order (After It’s Placed)
Eligibility for Online Cancellation:
- You must have an order number.
- The order status must be "Order placed".
- Online cancellation is possible for a short window (~15 minutes) after the order is submitted.
Steps to Cancel Online:
- Sign in to your Amway account.
- Go to Profile → Order History.
- Select the specific order.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the “CANCEL” button.
Note: If the "CANCEL" button is not available, the order has already moved to the preparation stage.
3. If Online Cancellation is Not Available
You have two alternatives:
Option A: Refuse Delivery
- When the carrier attempts to deliver the parcel, refuse the delivery.
- The parcel will automatically be sent back to Amway’s warehouse.
Option B: Contact Customer Service
- Once the parcel status shows it has reached Milan Sedriano, contact Amway Customer Service.
- Request to have the parcel returned to the warehouse.
4. Refund Process
- If the order is canceled online:
- Refund is typically processed within 5 business days.
- If the parcel is returned (via refusal or customer service):
- Refund is issued after the parcel return is completed.
- Full refund takes approximately 2–3 weeks from the date Amway receives the request to return the order.
