There are few statuses you can track for each order.
1. Order Status
2. Payment status
3. Delivery status
Order status is displayed at the Order details page (at the top right corner).
Here are the statuses you can see there:
| Order status | What it means |
| Order placed | New order is confirmed and can be yet cancelled by user. |
| In Progress | Order is being prepared. Cancellation is not possible at that stage |
| Cancelled | Order is being canceled by the user |
| Completed | Order is shipped and invoice is ready |
Payment Status
| Payment Status | What it means |
| In Progress | Payment is being verified |
| Authorized | Amount is reserved |
| Not Paid | Payment haven't been received yet |
| Overpaid | |
| Paid | Order is paid and can be shipped |
| Part Paid | Not full amount was received |

| Shipped | Order is shipped. Tracking link is provided in email with shipping confirmation. |
The tracking link will be available from the moment the order is shipped. If there are no updates in the parcel tracking for two days straight, we advise contacting Contact Center to check the parcel's condition and whereabouts.
