If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 90 days to return any items.
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Sign in to your Amway account and go to your Profile.

Open your Order History.

Select the order you wish to return and click View Order Details.

Scroll down and click Return.

Choose the products to return, specify the return reasons, and select your refund preference.

Agree to the Return Policy, then click Place Return.

Check your email for detailed instructions.

Ship the selected products. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost. However, if the return is due to a product defect, return shipping costs may be reimbursed.

Once the return is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your refund or replacement.
General Rules for Returning Goods
Product Condition
Only products meeting the following criteria are eligible for credit:

Products that show a fault.

Products that were delivered in a damaged condition and where the damage could not be detected immediately at the time of delivery.

Products returned by ABOs or customers under the satisfaction guarantee applicable to the specific case.
Carriage Costs
The cost of returning the products is fully covered by the customer. Exceptions may apply in cases of confirmed defects.
Return Time Limit
If the products are not sent back to Amway within three months of the return request, the request will be automatically deleted.
Refunds and Settlements
The refund amount will be directly credited using the refund method selected during the return process.
Promotions and Bundles
Products purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle can only be returned if the entire set is returned in full.
Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 15 to 20 business days from the date of shipment. This timeframe allows for the package to arrive at our warehouse and undergo verification.
