Product return

If you’re not happy with your order, you have 90 days to send us back any items. 


Here's a step-by-step guide for returning a product

  1. Sign in and go to the Profile.
  2. Open Order History.
  3. Choose the order for return and click  View Order Details.
  4. Scroll down and click Return.
  5. Select the products to return, return reasons and refund preference.
  6. Agree to the Return Policy, then click Place Return.
  7. Check your email for instructions.
  8. Ship the products; we ask you to cover shipping cost. For defects return cost may be reimbursed.
  9. Await refund/replacement confirmation email after we confirm the return.


General rules for returning goods

Condition of product:

Only those products will be credited which:

  • show a product fault,
  • were delivered in a damaged condition, this not being possible to establish immediately at the time of delivery,
  • have been returned by ABOs or customers on the basis of the satisfaction guarantee in force in the particular case.

Carriage costs: fully covered by the customer.

Return requests: will be automatically deleted if the products are not sent back to Amway within 3 months.

Settlement of account: the refund amount will be direct credited in accordance with the selected refund method.

Promotion/Bundle Returns: Bundles and promotions can be only returned when complete.
