Changing the Country of an Amway Account Registration

Change Your Account Registration Country

ABOs and Member+ customers within the Central and Eastern Europe Markets Group can change the country of their account registration when needed.

To request a country change:

  1. Complete the Country Change Form.
  2. Find the form in the Resources section of the Amway website.
  3. Submit the completed form according to the instructions provided.

Check How Often You Can Change the Registration Country

There is no limit to the number of times an account registration country can be changed.

It is recommended that the account registration country matches the country where the ABO or Member+ customer currently resides.

Understand What Happens to a Legal Entity During a Country Change

Special rules apply when an ABO has a registered Legal Entity linked to the account.

Remove the Existing Legal Entity Before the Country Change

If an ABO with a registered Legal Entity requests a country change:

  • The existing Legal Entity registration will first be removed from the account.
  • The country change will then be processed.
  • The account will be transferred without the Legal Entity registration.

Complete the Country Change Before Re-registering a Legal Entity

After the country change is completed:

  • The account will be active in the new registration country.
  • A new Legal Entity can be added only if it is registered in the new country of registration.
  • Any Legal Entity registration must comply with local requirements in the new country.

Match the Legal Entity Country to the Account Country

The country of a registered Legal Entity must always be the same as the Amway account registration country.

Rule:
Legal Entity registration country = Amway account registration country

It is not possible to maintain a Legal Entity registered in one country while the Amway account is registered in another country.
