Buying, Recommending, and Registering Accounts Across European Markets

Understand Consolidated Lines of Sponsorship

In Europe, certain markets operate within consolidated lines of sponsorship. This means that when an Amway Business Owner (ABO) owns an account in one country within a consolidated group, they can:

  • Log in to the Amway website in any country within the same group.
  • Purchase products in any country within that group.
  • Recommend new people to the business locally within the same consolidated group.

Understand Cross-Border Ordering Rules

ABOs can place orders on websites within their consolidated market group, provided they meet local ordering requirements.

Ship Orders Only Within the Ordering Country

Orders can only be delivered to an address located in the country of the website where the order is placed.

Example:

  • An ABO placing an order on the Polish website can only select a delivery address in Poland.
  • An ABO placing an order on the German website can only select a delivery address in Germany.

Do Not Ship Orders Across Country Borders

It is not possible to place an order on one country's website and have it shipped to an address in another country, even if both countries belong to the same consolidated market group.

Recommend a New ABO Within a Consolidated Group

If your country belongs to a consolidated line of sponsorship, you can recommend a new person to the business in another country within the same group, provided all local registration requirements and business rules are met.

Understand Multiple Account Restrictions

Own Only One ABO or Member+ Account Per Market Group

A person may hold only one active ABO or Member+ account within the same consolidated market group.

Creating another ABO or Member+ account while already having an active ABO or Member+ account in the same market group is considered a double business.

Know the Consequences of Double Registration

If a new ABO or Member+ registration is created for a person who already has an active ABO or Member+ account within the same consolidated market group:

  • The registration will be treated as a double business.
  • The newly created account will be subject to deactivation in accordance with applicable business rules.

Register Customer Accounts in the Same Market Group

The one-account restriction applies only to ABO and Member+ accounts.

Customers may hold Customer accounts within the same consolidated market group, even if they already have an ABO, Member+, or another Customer account in that market group.
