When registering with Amway, you will need a Sponsor Number. Below are the steps to follow, depending on whether you already have a connection with an existing ABO or need assistance from Amway to be assigned one.
If You Were Referred by Someone
If the person who introduced you to Amway is available, kindly reach out to them directly and request their Sponsor Number.
If You Do Not Have a Sponsor
If you do not have a sponsor, you can contact Amway directly using the following methods:

When contacting Amway, please specify the type of registration you wish to proceed with. Indicate whether you want to register as a Customer or as an Amway Partner (ABO). Additionally, provide your city and postal code to help identify a suitable sponsor in your area.
Sponsor Assignment Process
For Customer Registration
If you are registering as a customer, the Sponsor Number will be provided directly during the call or email exchange with Amway.
For Amway Partner (ABO) Registration
If you are registering as an Amway Partner (ABO), Amway Customer Service will collect the following information from you:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
A local sponsor will then contact you to continue the registration process.
