You can update various types of personal information directly from your Amway profile. Please note that you must be signed in to the Amway website to make any changes. Some personal details, such as your name or date of birth, cannot be changed online and may require assistance from Customer Service.

Updating Your Phone Number or Email Address

To update your contact information, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Amway account.

2. Click on your profile icon to access your profile.

3. In your profile, locate the Personal Details section.

4. Click the Edit icon next to the contact information you wish to update (phone number or email).

5. Enter the new data, then click Save to confirm the update.

Note: Changes to your name or date of birth cannot be made online. For these updates, you may need to contact Customer Service.

Updating Your Billing Address

You have the option to assign different addresses for delivery and billing purposes. To edit your billing address, use the following steps:

1. Sign in to your Amway account.

2. Click on your profile icon to access your profile.

3. In your profile, locate the Personal Details section.

4. Click the Edit icon next to your billing information.

5. Enter the new billing address, then click Save to update your information.

Note: If you wish to change your billing address on the contract as well, you must submit the form titled "Cambio dati Personali."

Updating Your Shipping Address

You can set a default shipping address and save additional addresses for future orders. Follow the steps below to add or update your shipping address:

1. Sign in to your Amway account.

2. Click on your profile icon to open your profile.

3. Go to My Orders section and select Shipping Addresses.

4. Click the Add New Shipping Address to add a new one, or click Edit icon to update existing address. 

5. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Your updated shipping address will be available for future order deliveries.
