Access Renewal Information

In MyBiz > Action Reports > Renewals, you can view the renewal and Auto Renewal status of your downline ABOs.

View Auto Renewal Status (Before September)

Prior to September, the report displays information about Auto Renewal subscriptions in markets where Auto Renewal is available.

Not on Auto Renewal

This tab shows downline ABOs who:

• Have not enrolled in Auto Renewal.

On Auto Renewal

This tab shows downline ABOs who:

• Have enrolled in Auto Renewal.

  Note: If an ABO cancels their Auto Renewal enrollment, they will automatically be moved from the On Auto Renewal tab to the Not on Auto Renewal tab.

View Renewal Information (September to December)

From September through December, the following tabs remain available for EU and ANZ markets:

• Not on Auto Renewal
• Auto Renewal

In addition, a new tab becomes available:

In Renewal Period

This tab provides a view similar to the traditional renewal experience and displays ABOs who are currently required to renew.

The tab includes ABOs who:

• Are within their standard renewal period.
• Need to complete their renewal.
• Are not enrolled in Auto Renewal.

This allows ABOs to quickly identify downline members who require renewal action during the current renewal window.
