1. Who can take part in the promotion?

   Only ABOs, Provisional ABOs and Marketing Advisors can take part in this promotion.
    

2. What if I missed qualification in the 1st or 2nd month? Can I still qualify by generating missing personal PV in the following month?

   PV must be accumulated each month. If qualification is missed in the 1st or 2nd month, participation in the promotion is no longer possible.
    

3. How is Top up treated in regard to personal PV for the promo?

   PV impacted by Top up mechanic is not counted. Only the PPV (the PV gained by purchases) is counted, so this automatically excludes top up PV.
    

4. Are certain Nutrilite, Artistry or XS products (like discounted bundles or other promotions) excluded from the personal PV

   There are no exclusions, meaning all available SKUs within these brands can be purchased. Please consider the possibility of a reduced PV value for active promotions.
    

5. Will I receive the reward per ABO ship or one per person?

   The reward will be issued once per ABO ship after completing the challenge. However, due to system limitation if your ABO ship has two active Amway IDs, only one gift will be redeemable per Amway ID.
    

6. Is this just for my personal PV from Personal Cart or also PV from Extra Cart?

   All PPV is counted, including personal PV, Member PV, Customer PV, extra cart PV. Except Partner Store PV.
    

7. Will PV from Amway Recurring Order be counted?

   Yes, it will be counted, terms & conditions of recurring order applied.
    

8. Can this promotion be combined with other programs such as Gift Coupons or START Program?

   Yes. Program & coupon all terms & conditions applied
    

9. If double the required personal PV is generated each month for three consecutive months, will the reward be doubled?

   No. Only one gift will be rewarded per ABO ship.
    

10. When and how will the reward be delivered?

    The reward will be added automatically to your cart at the end of the challenge. When all calculations are completed, you will receive a congratulations email and the gift will appear in your cart with the next order, regardless of the order value.
     

11. How long is the warranty for the gift?

    Amway satisfaction guarantees do not apply to free items. The satisfaction guarantee and the statutory guarantee apply to the main purchased/paid product only, and the free promo item does not create any warranty rights. We will only replace the gift in case of damage during delivery.
