Track the Customers registration status

When a new Customer registers in your business group, you will receive a confirmation email and a notification on the website. Additionally, you can track the status of all new Customer registrations on the website.

  1. Sign in to website
  2. Navigate to My Office
  3. Select the Customer's List under Customers section


Notification about Customers that placed an order

When a Customer places their order online, you will receive a confirmation email and notification in the notification center on the website. This information is also available through My Office:

  1. Sign in to website.
  2. Navigate to My Office.
  3. Select Customer's Orders in Customers section

 

Customer product return

The return process for Customers is the same as for ABOs. To keep you informed, if a Customer decided to return a product, you are informed by email. This information is also available online in the My Office section under Customer's Returns.

Please reach out to your Customer to verify that your Customer knows what to do, to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Should your Customer mention any reasons for the return, it might be helpful feedback for you in the future.

 

Customers's list 

You can find a complete list of your Customers on the website.

  1. Sign in to the website.
  2. Navigate to My Office.
  3. Select Customer's List in Customers section
