PIN number is the second code needed to call Amway Contact Center, besides the ABO number.

• Locate Your Welcome Email

- When an ABO registers, a welcome email is sent on the day of registration.

- This email contains the PIN.

• If You Can’t Find the Welcome Email

- Log into your Amway account

- Click your name or the menu icon in the upper-right corner of the page

- Select Settings and Preferences

- Scroll to the "Change PIN" section, where you can enter and save a new PIN of your choice.

Note:

• Only ABOs have PINs.
• Customers do not receive or require a PIN.
