Orders can be cancelled if the bank transfer payment isn't received on time. Unfortunately, cancelled orders can't be reactivated, but you can still use your payment.
Here are the are steps you can take to ensure your payment is not lost:
- Create new order and select bank transfer as payment option once again.
- Please contact our Customer Services including both order numbers and payment confirmation.
- Reach out to the customer service to match the payment with new order number.
Alternatively, when the request reaches us with delay, you will receive a refund of your bank transfer within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the transfer.
