I have not received my bonus

Please check if the correct bank account details were communicated to Amway. If not, please communicate correct deatils by sending an email to Contact Service. 

  1. Please check with the bank if the bank account is still open.
  2. If the bank account is open, please check if the bonus amount earned is above the threshold of 5EUR. You may check the bonus amount earned this month here.
  3. If the bank account is open, correctly communicated to Amway and if the bonus amount earned for this month is higher than the threshold, we reccomend you to contact Customer Service by email.
